For references to the latest features, you will have to be online. Regrettably it has become standard practice with most software. Writing PDF User Guides is slow and expensive and, frankly, most users do not read them so the time and expense is hard to justify. Adobe, along with most other software vendors, leaves the production of manuals to 3rd parties for the few people that want them. Online courses or self-paced video training are popular resources these days. They're cost effective to produce, easy to update and have global reach. That's how I do most of my learning.
